Valuing Waymo stock
Evaluating an offer from Waymo and curious to know how people value Waymo stock. I was given options @$11 and WMUs. Do people have suggestions and best practices about how to value this against liquid options (work at Apple). Curious what people think the price is likely to be in 2-5 years. I know it’s all speculative but curious what is the range of values people associate with it long term and short term. Thanks for the help! TC 375k

Isn’t Waymo an Alphabet company? Why aren’t they just giving you liquid Alphabet stock?

Value of the wmu has appreciated very little in the last 2 years. Pls don't go with external analysts say. Waymo is required to do a re-evluation every year or when there has been a material change ( like a big event). The only reason the stock went from 10 to 11 is due to the Uber settlement. Keep in mind that there is no liquidity in Waymo for now.
Go to Waymo. It has solid future. I am in same field and I know how much they are ahead of everyone and they ll start capitalising soon. If Waymo cant make it, i dont know who will. They havent started making money yet and also they have enough funding to not raise another round, hence the price is not moving.
I wouldnt count on their stocks. Who knows.
