I think Uber and Miro pay quite well. Then there's Booking.com and DAZN. Even Amazon has a couple of teams based out of Amsterdam, but they do boring work (or so I'm told).
Top $$$: Databricks, Optiver, Jane Street and other HFT Other than that consider Uber, Amazon, Booking.com, Miro, Flexport and Meta / Datadog on full remote

Talked to servicenow recruiter a few days back, they were offering a good salary acc to NL standards, but still arnd 20% lower than the highest tier, like databricks for exactly the same role. That said, databricks’s valuation is probably overblown right now, so the RSUs are worth much less than what databricks says they are. Good idea to go for public companies right now
