Google L3 vs Atlassian P4 (India)
I have got offers from Atlassian (P4) which is SDE-2 equivalent. I also interviewed with Google for L4 but got down levelled to L3. These are the numbers I have recieved. Atlassian P4 Base : 32L Bonus : 3.2L PF + Gratuity : 2.15L Stock : 110,000 USD (25% each year) Total : 58L Team : Jira cloud migration team Location : Permanent WFH Google L3 Team : Google Health (Had team match before HC) Location : Banglore No final numbers yet, recruiter says max they can offer is 45-50L. Although I doubt they can touch that. I have not had a chance to tell Google recruiter about my Atlassian offer Kindly help me out in the poll the various choices. Comments on why you chose a particular option will be greatly helpful Current Org: Medium no name company YOE : 1.7 yrs (2020 grad) Current TC : 30L all fixed

Go for google. In india atlassian work is not good. Jira migration means u will be working on monolith to split the tasks into microsevices. That work already architected and u just need to execute. Google has lots of options to work on
Good to hear this. Choosing Atlassian over G L4 must have been a much harder choice. I'm also thinking of choosing Atlassian
We touched 480$ after last earnings call. But i dont we will reach there in next year or so. Tech was overvalued and market has corrected most of the stocks

No this was their first and final offer. They did not even know I was interviewing with Google

Go for Google . Permanent WFH is bad in early stages of career. Leverage Atlassian offer for negotiation. Push to 45-50l . That's the best way. Care to tell yourpresent company name ?
