Wtf they're also hiring a lot, i personally got pinged 3 times in the last 2 months, most recently yesterday.

They put performance as the reason and I'm aware of many cases where managers terminated few folks who did not cheat or ready to play politics as per their whims and fancies. Leadership wants diffs but not feature rollouts. Each diff is being split into multiple to achieve the numbers . Old uber culture is lost and fake numbers is the real game left.
No company should do what Uber has done. Has happened to me personally, so can vouch for unfair pip by Uber. Shame on Uber!
