Amazon offer, thoughts?
Current TC 220k at Twitter, SF Amazon: 315k TC, Security L5 (somehow I managed to negotiate L6 pay but they refuse to budge on L5 title), Seattle YOE: 5 almost 6 years Other than perks and benefits, seems like the offer is a no brainer. Thoughts?

315K for Amazon L5 in Seattle is crazy with OP YOE. Also, regardless of company 315K is pretty good money at terminal level in Seattle, OP is likely not going to get any raise for 4 years if he joins at such high TC

Tips on negotiation?
I don't know if I can offer and tips since I didn't do any of recommended negotiation tactics. I gave them the numbers I wanted they couldn't meet them and said this was the cap. I explained that it wouldn't financially make sense for me to take that offer unless they met this minimum and they came back with it.
