H1B transfer petition denied as PM
Trying to transfer from FB to Goog and the petition was denied after RFE. Reason given was that it’s not a specialized occupation. Relocating to Zurich now. Very stressful.

Is there a list from the USCIS on what is considered a specialized position and what is not? The USCIS (and previously the INS) have always been fluffy when it comes to the rule for foreign workers.
