Avoid Rippling at all cost!!
Blind fellas, if you ever heard of Rippling, stay away from it. It's literally the worst place for engineers. I'm not the author of this review but this review describes 95% of how things work here . Sure there maybe are a couple of good teams to be on, but 95% you will end up in a team that ruins your career and personal life. That’s so true! Agree with every point after joining for months. I’ve seen several people disappear within 1 year without notice.
I was always thinking highly about Rippling. I saw some people saying that there’s huge entrepreneurship culture within the company.

This guy summarized very well, I guarantee you it’s a shit hole, toxic culture overall and not a place for engineers for sure.
The review is so true. No one in engineering is safe here. Saw many engineers were fired in a few days in their first year. Even the CTO was fired within several months of tenure. Don’t come if you ever have a choice.
It’s green grass when you look from far with high TC binoculars. But when you reach here you find it to be garbage wrapped under green algae
