Thanks MS. SalesForce — you’re wrong. Amazon and Meta are competing. With Uber a very close second. As I have mentioned my priority is growth and leaning scale. TC is secondary. The only reason it’s given is to pay blind tax.

No RSUs vest the first year at Amazon. Well technically I think the vesting schedule is: - Y1: 5% - Y2: 15% - Y3: 40% - Y4: 40% So Amazon instead pays you in cash the first two years. Your “sign-on” gets paid out monthly as part of your paychecks just like your salary. In your second year, you get a little more of your equity vesting (15%) so you get a little less cash than your Y1
^ . 350 is over the first two years and more like ~175k yr one so 1st yr TC is 180 + 175 = ~355
