Nothing flies without a good kick, so your “passive” income will be only as good as the kick you will give it. Better kick needs more time. But even with a greatest kick eventually money will be lost unless you are involved, as “passive” doesn’t work.
Real estate. It works. It takes some time and energy. I found the process of learning about it fun and rewarding.
Get a lot of money and buy municipal bonds
Buy stocks when they’re low and undervalued, sell when high
Doesn’t always work. Hard to predict the market.
lol
Reddit FIRE
Is that a thing? What's that?
Is there a channel on reddit for this? Link pls
Buy a bunch of HYG etf. Pays food dividends
Try crypto (bitcoin....) Buy low and sell high...
I have done 5 startups besides working in large companies. I am generating passive income from “selling put and call options” and “e-commerce Shopify store”. Both of them requires work and patience to build-out. You can make around $100k from option writing with seed capital of $100k+ if you know what you are doing. SHOPIFY varies a lot depending on what niche you are playing
What Shopify niches did you try? I tried a couple and failed in both. Didn’t lose money but a great deal of effort went in to not have any gain
Blind is not that Blind :) so I don’t want to reveal details here as that way my profile can easily be connected to my name. Send me private message. Thanks
There are bunch of other ways to make money - make compelling niche content and drive traffic to your site and monetize it with Adsense, start affiliate business with no need to buy any inventory, arbitrage with Alibaba or eBay to Amazon etc
That's how I made my first $$$ from buying and reselling. Not easy but fun and less work tbh
