Does Zillow offer anything after the initial stock grant pays out? How are the annual refreshers and base pay increase? I noticed quite a few SDE stick around after the four year mark, is the culture pretty good? How's the perception of the OC office? Current offer is for offers product 170k base 200k (5000 units) RSU 20k signing Weighing a few offers and trying to guess how things play out mid-longer term. Thanks!

200k per year rsu?
Annual refreshers too that also vest over 4 years. 200k initial grant over 4 years. This is also socal.
Dam as a fellow blizzard bro I shoulda went there
Depending on how the company is doing you get refresher. Meet is 15% refresher. Zillow has no cash bonus. They'll do market adjustment depending on your director. These were for the spencer time, with Rich things might change. Also Irvine office is not a great place to be. The only reason it existed was because spencer wanted to be in LA. Nothing impactful happens there. HQ in Seattle is great. As well as Trulia in SF. Also for P4 senior offer, you can more signup as well as higher stocks. If this is for P5 principal this is a seriously low-balled offer.
With a competing offer this was about as far as I could push it for P4. Irvine just isn't as competitive as Seattle ☹️. So it doesn't sound like there's a standard thing that's done at the 4 year mark to keep the comp from dropping precipitously. Is P5 tough to reach? Do you know what its band is? Thanks for your insight!
The Irvine office actually came from an acquisition down there. Then they expanded it. FWIW I don’t know too many P5s
I've seen folks get there in two years with strong performance reviews, but total number of P5s in zillow is very low. Also P4 is a terminal level.
YOE?
