I joined coinbase in April. What will the RSU price be? With the updated policy, I heard it’s first Friday of may but my offer letter mentioned trailing average #TC 450k

What’s the point in making the rsu price the closing price of a single date? What if you join on the back end of a random 3 day stock market rally before months of red. Kind of dumb policy tbh instead of doing a 30 day average
