What is the highest an AWS Non Tech PM L6 offer go? Recruiter asked me for expectations before finally preparing offer for me ? Need to respond ASAP. I am thinking, Base 170K, Bonus 150K and 60 RSU Looks reasonable or too much or too bad ? #amazon #amazonl6 #amazonoffer #amazonl6offer #amazoncompensation
Bonus 150k per year you mean ? That’s too high
PM is Program Manager(as per Amazon career page)
150K in 2 years.. So around 180KBase +70K(Bonus/2) first year ?
You need to mention location as Amazon pay can be pretty different
Any insights ? Have to respond to recruiter
What did they offer you ? I recently accepted an offer and was never asked anything, rather told what they could go up to
Uf you dont mind can you share your numbers ? If you want i am ok with dm
That will help me set expectations
Ohh I haven’t heard yet as in my case they were hiring me for l5 and after interviews they decided to upgrade me to L6
YOE and City pls
10yoe and Seattle
For a Seattle L6 Program Manager expect around 200-220k at the high end. And usually you give the recruiter the target TC and they will come with a breakup which you can then negotiate on
Okay
Okay, from what I’ve heard/read here on blind, the median is 200k TC
