Will Google match $2m in unvested stock
I'm L6 at Pinterest. I have around $2m in unvested stock over the next two years. I have a Google recruiter reaching out for an interesting position, but I have no interest in interviewing if Google can't match my unvested stock.

Best is to talk put these conditions as a non starter to the recruiter. You seem happy at your current job n TC. So nothing to lose if you don’t interview.
On levels.fyi, there are two TC 750k+ fat L6 offers. One is AI and the other is Tensorflow. So it’s possible but unlikely. However, there’re no harm to ask the recruiter.
