Where is TSLA
Very true of Netflix. The bigger issue is that firing is almost always political and not performance related. Lack of performance review or any other form of written reviews makes it very easy for manager to fire ICs anytime and justify it with whatever reason.
Surprised anyone scored higher than AMZN
TSLA
I see there is a correlation b/w the TC and level. Higher the level, higher the salary, higher risk. Highly applicable for Netflix. Least at MSFT. This might be sample bias.
