Heard at an immigration seminar that EB2 and EB3 India cap is full for this year and dates won’t move forward due to high demand. There is a good chance of retrogression now. This sucks :(

There is no 140k spillover. There is only 60k spillover and it’s going to ROW.
Will spillover always go to ROW? Is that the norm now?

Lots of brown people get fast GC including from middle east, africa, pakistan. Also Koreans, Filipinos, Mexicans, though I don't think of them as "brown". It's just India that had the problem, and that problem is made in India.
