I am here to denounce a narrative, that is , diversity/inclusion is license to turn teams into Indian culture. I acknowledge that after the ipo the company has seen tremendous growth and it did everything to promote diversity & inclusion. KUDOS to HR and the recruiting orgs. I respect these orgs a lot. The recruiting org promoted diversity & inclusion as well, and influenced the process to ensure adherence to it. Also I am not from a privileged race. Here is the issue, my team went from 15% Indians to 80+% Indians. This is not an attack on Indians but Indians aren’t the only minorities out there. It is possible that at the organization level Indians population is < 50% I.e. it’s not a concern but in my team it changes the culture a lot and we are not equipped to solve this ourselves. Drop a line if you or your team share the same concerns Link to Previous chapter -> https://us.teamblind.com/s/WwBwbiTt
