Have you done intermittent fasting? Please share results in comments What kind of fast were you in?
Option 5 : Eat healthy food and workout
Define healthy food
Avoid sugar, trans fat etc. Google can be your friend here ;)
if you want to lose weight, track calories and be honest with yourself about it. Do some walking. Fasting can help to reduce appetite but it all boils down to calories at the end of the day
This. Negative caloric imbalance. If you donât want to count calories, at least weigh your food. If youâre not losing weight, cut the food intake by 20% and repeat.
No one have times and desire for tracking calories. Just fast
Other: Eat a breakfast at 8/9am Eat brunch at 12pm Eat a lunch at 2/3 pm Eat dinner at 7 pm Eat couple late night snacks at 11pm Total calories for the day: 1800
It worked well for me I did the 16:8 and saw a 15 pound reduction. Now fully within the BMI
Oh wow⊠15 lbs on what base weight?
162 to 147
Greatest secret of all: cut the sugar and then do intermittent fasting. You will see tremendous benefits.
Don't do 1:1. 24hrs no food really hurts
18:6
16:8 is a great tool for maintaining weight. Essentially 1 less meal for the day, provided you donât go crazy and eat everything during the 8 hour feeding time. Pretty easy to incorporate to life without strange questions from people as compared to doing OMAD or 5:2, also a lot less discipline required. For best results (assuming you want to lose or maintain weight) all the above work great if you track calories/macros and consume less than you burn.
20:4
Doing 16:8 since 2 years. Definitely helps me maintain my weight. But I see faster effect when I combined with working out! I donât think fasting alone is a solution to weight loss.
