Uber 5B offer
Current: 8yoe with 2 at FB E5, 200 base with 15% bonus target and 700K RSU left. Uber offers 5B Base 240k, 1.2M, 70k signon 35k target cash bonus Didn’t really like the interviewers and not a big believer in the stock price there. No other offers. What should I do?

Facebook engineers are given better offers. Same at Lyft. Everyone is desperately hiring them

1.2M to how much vesting? If we assume your FB TC to be around: 500k. This uber offer would be around: 750k on the first yea if uber stocks vest to 3 years. Really good TBH
