Any one knows of this new community? How is the community, and how is the growth potential? Thinking of biding a new home there.

Bear in mind that San Jose downtown & nearby areas are full of homeless who do dumpster diving and (some times break in). Even the police department is under staffed.
Those homes have appreciated in value. Used to be that they had a fixed price now they’re doing open releases where you have to spend little more than listed. If you’re bullish about the BART you should buy. Long term it is good but short term you’ll face some construction and gentrification around it.
Why not easy Bay like Dublin? Price and schools are ok. Only issues is the commute. With programs like scoop etc your will be ok

close to New Google campus and Adobe, downtown. no brainier. schools.. are okay I guess.
