Fear mongering. Indians are way behind Mexicans in the deportation queue which is longer than their GC queue.
Here is the reality. Indians in general stay legal. When the clock strikes March 2018, the statuette of limitations will kick in and will stop DACA kids from being deported( http://fourohfouram.blogspot.com/2017/09/daca-amnesty-and-statute-of-limitations.html?m=1 ) Legal folks like me will be scared to go undocumented and will leave the country (self deport) when their h1s stop getting renewed. DACA kids will be safe. Parents of these DACA kids will get kicked out. Everyone else will be safe.
And net neutrality was fear mongering? Pulling out of paris accord was fear mongering? Right?
The only way I am leaving is when a federal agent knocks my door and puts me on a flight. Untill then its my lawyer vs USCIS

I don’t agree with Murthy. Lets be honest a lot of stuff is fabricated when a H1b labour petition is filed eg the company tried to hire but could not find an American Citizen. In the exact same way Trump Administration will use words like shall and may to thier advantage.
There may not be 100% rejections but they will reject some % based on the language of the law
