I got 3% bump and 12% bonus. VP, AM

Large bump due to promotion (still low salary, promoted to VP and Salary < 100k). Bonus was around 14%.
5% bump up to 145, 50% bonus. VP in CIB.
Nice! I was happy with my 3% bump and 12% bonus until I saw that, haha. Jk, congrats! Let me ask, is that close to a typical year for u? For me, last year was about the same, a little less but nm. Also, what type of work? I'm a software dev and have been here for a few years. VP, AM
I was a bit unhappy before, but agree even more so now. Curious if in a front office role where bonus is typically a large percentage of total comp?
