POLL: Re:Shithole - Who do you believe?

NBC reported this story from an anonymous “Democratic aide” who wasn’t in the meeting but was “briefed” on it: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/trump-referred-haiti-african-countries-shithole-nations-n836946 EDIT: Looks like Sen. Durbin is also saying Trump said this. It is now 2 vs. 1. Can’t edit the poll so it is now Aide + Durbin vs Cotton and Perdue. Two Senators, who were actually in the meeting do not recall Trump making this statement (see image attached).

Relying on fake news to report its own fake news problem would appear to be a catch 22.

Senator Durbin was in the room and confirms statement was made.

Link? Now we have 2 vs 1. Who do you believe?

LinkedIn WXvr60 Jan 13, 2018

Yes, Dick Durbin confirmed he said this along with other statements like "Haitians? Do we need more Haitians?" http://time.com/5100741/dick-durbin-donald-trump-immigration-meeting/

Oracle corndogs Jan 12, 2018

Graham also confirmed to Senator Tim Scott. Cotton and Perdue are the biggest immigration hawks there are so they have every reason to downplay it by claiming the Jeff Sessions defense “I do not recall”

Regardless, while you turds fight over he said this and that. I’ve been to Nigeria and several other African countries. Some great people but the countries are shitholes. Sorry to say it. Not nearly as bad as Afghanistan though.

Yes, that’s why people from those countries want to come here, but people from Norway don’t.

The creation of fake news events to guide public opinion is legal in the US. For the purported purpose of protecting national security. The CFR’s Crisis of Democracy discussed how democratic society needed to be replaced with another system to protect what remained of democracy in the US, before it supposedly collapsed. This is the purpose of the Tavistock Institute and its hundreds of research arms including MIT, Cornell, Harvard, etc. Most of the US intelligence budget goes toward this effort including ensuring it is not detected by most people. Hence the tinfoil hat and conspiracy nut name calling meme, etc. and social bots plus persona management software designed to automatically repress those who discuss it openly. Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays wrote extensively about this nearly 100 years ago when this first evolved. Both belonged to Tavistock. Discussing this openly is generally considered an act of terrorism and it is aggressively repressed when it is detected online. Many social media frameworks automatically ban or edit this content especially where it generates interest and genuine discussion (without bots).
