Non-SWE tech role @ Facebook - $15k RSU

Is this a terrible starting RSU offer? I’m not DS, PE, PM or SWE. IC4 in tech.

Apple retail folks (your beloved sales and geniuses ) make at least 12-15K RSU per 4 years. So yeah, this is really low.
