I️ had this issue for a while. Tried booze, pills, etc. What helped the most was to just stop giving a fuck about work once I️ leave on Friday.

Are you on a new medication? Is it stress related? Have you removed electronics from your room? I just read an article about clean sleeping, maybe look that up.
Take little bit of chai before sleep. You can eat it directly instead of brewing it as a drink.

Travel to a time zone 10 hours east for a dozen of days, then come back. Your problems will be fixed. I was really fucked up before I moved from Europe to the west coast, and my vacation trips to Europe have done wonders to fix my sleep schedule.
Limited sleep is not an issue for some. I do 1-4am (ish) most days. Talk to your doctor. I have meds I use after a few weeks of this to cycle down a bit. I heard weed also does that job. Might be legal in your state. Not my thing but it’s an option. There’s OTC Melatonin infused stuff too. Never tried it, chemical experimentation isn’t my thing so caveat emptor.
