What are the titles and average tenure for Data Scientists? How does it compare with those in Amazon ?

Can you elaborate on the question? Fresh phds can get hired in as low as lvl 61 which is data scientist 2. Other than that expect the same levels and trajectory as engineers

Yup. Is it fair to say that Senior (level 63) is a minimum of 4 years of experience, or 2 with PhD? More typically it is higher than that, maybe 6 years without PhD and 3-4 with one.

The only thing specific about ds trajectory is that 61 is the minimum level for a PhD with no experience. I'd probably hire a phd with 2-3 years experience as senior.
