Los Angeles - Director level contract product rate
Wondering what a reasonable hourly rate is for a director-level contract product management role in LA. Want to ask 125 - is that crazy? Too high? Too low?

$150-200 for director level. $200k/year is $97/Hour. So you’re not getting benefits or equity/stock, so I’d ask for $150-200/hour.

$125k is too low. A full time Dir of PM is making $150k+ depending on scale of company...which by the sounds of your situation, seems large. Contract roles should be higher.
