Jordan Peterson is the man
I have nearly the same view points as Jordan Peterson except he's way smarter than me when speaking. I hope people will understand his message instead of calling him and I alt right nazis. Do you guys agree with his views or is he a Nazi?
The left went after biologists like Bret Weinstein. Jordan is okay, but his definition of truth is really what others would call wisdom. His first interview with Sam Harris was mind numbing.
Rubin Report on YouTube is good for a decent level of conversation, but always take a step back to observe double standards, as they still exist.
Rubin seems to have made it his life mission to whine about liberals while completely ignoring garbage from the right side. He and Ben Shapiro are no better than Cenk ugyr on the left. Both want to convince you how right they are.

I watched a couple of his videos. Haven’t read his books, if any. He seems to try getting into audience’s emotions more than making his points rational. I don’t find the kind of YouTube videos on ideas or arguments very convincing, except for Ted Talks or lectures. I’d read books instead if I want to understand/validate ideas and thoughts. Just my 2 cents.
Peterson is great, but he simply shows you a tiniest crack in the door of what one can learn, know, where one can go. Half a year ago I listened to him and found him profound. Now he kinda pisses me off as he significantly overcomplicates simplest things. His talks are great, but unless it gets you to seriously start working on yourself it is just mental masturbation. He is a good player in a modern social game, but he still plays the game, and as long as he tries to beat SJWs (or whomever) at their own game - he still loses by default as he plays their game. The winning move here is not to play. It is much more efficient to create a new game where one can grow not by the inch but by the mile and invite players into it, which he does not do.

Don’t know enough about him to say if he’s alt right, some of the “western civ” hocum verges on it, but it’s not obviously a dog whistle like with white nationalists. But refusing to use preferred pronouns on principle is an asshole move and disrespectful. Most of what the right cries about as “pc gone mad” is really just the right getting triggered by having to show common decency and respect to other folks. Right wingers have their own PC, but it’s never called that for some reason.
