IT Asset Disposal

Im looking to dispose of used, obsolete, and surplus IT assets from my company. There seems to be quite a few ITAD firms offering “top dollar” for my equipment, so how do I know who to go with? Does anyone have experience with this? What should I look for in an ITAD firm? Any help is appreciated.
