Got an offer from Favor. Is it worth relocating?
Got an offer from Favor last week, but not in Austin. I'm interested in the area but see some negative trends on Glassdoor for them. Anyone currently there or worked there in the past know how the product and engineering culture is and what the leadership team is like?
I live in Austin and love it here. Favor is used more than Uber eats or postmates and I've heard good things about that team (not specific to Eng). But as far as relo, I moved here from Seattle and plan to never go back.

Saying you like one place better than another isn't sufficient to indicate the lesser of the two objectively "sucks." I love Seattle but I grew up in Austin and would move back in a heartbeat if I found a comparable position.

Lol Initially I thought he got offer from some reference and didn't wanna go ahead.. I have always considered requesting references is like asking for favors ( as you find yourself not skilled enough) so looked down on them.. Never asked such favors and never will
