I've tried it, did not help me at all. Now I think that it's absolutely bullshit but I will try it again. If anyone has some suggestions please post or pm.
helped with my social anxiety, also concentration in general. not switching windows every three seconds
But prayer only works if you believe in a god. Meditation is agnostic.

lucid dreaming ... i dream on a regular basis and can remember quite a fair bit of ‘em . Since I’ve started to meditate, i’ve been having really vivid and lucid dreams

Headspace. Try 3 minutes. The most important thing is to realize "you are not your thoughts", and that your emotions, moods, thought, phsysical state and environment all form a balance and influence each other.

What exactly you do. I don’t remember when did I had good sleep.
It’s just not possible to explain here. Tried many types. This worked for me https://www.innerengineering.com/ but you can try other sources too. Meditation technique is same everywhere, it’s basically shutting down your thoughts and expanding your consciousness. It takes a bit of practice though
