Lessfap, lots of exercise, sauna 15mins / day, reasonably healthy eating, good sleep patterns. Much more productive better mood lower stress more focused.
Neurogenesis is helped by aerobic exercises. They help in the long term. Eating fresh/uncooked veggies/grains/lentils provides better nutrition. Again, it's a long term game. Reading great people's work will guide one better.
Phenylpiracetam works for me, but only after I developed brain fog. Modafinil (or the like) is pretty useful for concentration as well. But like the other guy said, sleep hygiene is super important. Go to bed at the same time every day, sleep for 8 hours, and get yourself into a restful mood before bed.
