750k Townhome in greater Seattle

I currently live at Cirrus and is really enjoying the luxury lifestyle this high end apartment offers. Where can I find a good relatively new townhomes for 750k budget? Im crossing out Renton or any higher crime rate area. New castle or bellevue would be sweet! I can definitely zillow but I’d like to hear some opinions!!

Ohh, I’m interested in Cirrus. Would be interested in what you feel its strengths and weaknesses are. Sorry for the off topic post.

Honestly, I’d rent Insignia a few blocks away. Both are high end, but condo vs apartment there’s a difference.

Fair enough, will look into them. Cirrus was appealing because it’s new and it’s not terribly high priced.

New Castle would be my pick. You should look at Renton right below New Castle though as it is a nice area without crime. The farther you go west in Renton is where the crime is

$750k in new castle? Are you high? Traffic on 405S is a mess!

Microsoft Yusoclean Jan 31, 2018

You don’t take 405 to and from work. You must not know the area as there is a direct route that doesn’t require 405

You can get a real home outside of Seattle for that amount. Why a townhouse?

Move to Bay Area. You can buy a 1BR in East Oakland. (Cries)

Look around there are lots of new townhomes being built in Bellevue

but with 750k?

Yup 750 - 775k

You can own a house with yard if you go a little bit farther to Issaquah/Sammamish area. Driving time difference will be only about 10-20mins.

I wouldn’t want to do Sammamish to Amazon ever

West Seattle

Plenty of SF houses in N Seattle (Ravenna, Green Lake, Wedgewood, Phinney, etc) in that range...good schools and easy commutes, too. I wouldn’t live anywhere that required a car.

$750 won't get you a SF home in the north Seattle neighborhoods you listed. This price also doesn't even get you a new construction 1500 sqft townhouse in these neighborhoods.
