I have heard so much good press about this company over the years. What is it really like to work with DHH? I just can't imagine he has time to do all the shit he is supposedly doing (rails core, Basecamp, racecar driver).
There aren't very many employees.
Come on, it's a lifestyle business. He probably struggles to fill his day with race car driving and whatever other smug shit he gets up to.
More bonus brownie points for their employees not hanging around on blind.
